Matters\u2019 campaign with support of the HSE and Healthy Ireland, to increase awareness of the risk of heart disease and stroke in women and the fact that\u202fthis risk increases as women enter menopause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Her Heart Matters campaign encourages\u00a0<em>everyone<\/em>\u00a0who has a woman in their life \u2013 a sister, mother, friend \u2013 to\u00a0<strong>talk<\/strong>\u00a0to them about heart health,\u00a0<strong>share<\/strong>\u00a0the message and tips with them and\u00a0<strong>empower<\/strong>\u00a0them to make small, sustainable lifestyle changes for the good of their heart health.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Their website has a range of resources to help you protect your heart
