Endometriosis occurs when tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus, which can cause chronic pain, fatigue, and other health challenges. Increasing awareness helps reduce stigma, encourages earlier diagnosis, and supports those living with the condition. This month is an opportunity to learn more, listen to lived experiences, and promote supportive, inclusive workplaces where everyone can access the care and understanding they need.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
