It encourages organisations to reflect on how diversity and inclusion can strengthen workplace culture, improve employee wellbeing, and support innovation and collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Workplaces can take part by promoting inclusive practices, sharing stories that celebrate diversity, hosting learning sessions or discussions, and reviewing policies that support equality and
