This campaign highlights the serious health risks associated with drinking and promotes the national low-risk guidelines to encourage safer consumption habits. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The HSE&#8217;s low-risk weekly guidelines aim to help adults reduce their risk of alcohol-related cancers, liver disease, and other harms: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Women:<\/strong> Less than 11 standard drinks (110g of pure alcohol) spread out over the week.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Men:<\/strong> Less than 17 standard
