  • Consider what information you currently have to inform your baseline data. This may include demographics, staff engagement results, absenteeism rates and staff turnover.
  • Develop a consultation plan including a wellbeing survey questionnaire to identify the health and wellbeing needs of the employees
  • Compile results and analyse data to inform action plan
  • Present results to management teams and outline key objectives for programme
  • Disseminate results to all employees through agreed communication channels
