Overview & Launch

Our Healthy Workplaces Programme was launched to bring our framework to life, supporting a select number of workplaces in putting it into practice. This marks an exciting first step toward establishing a collective national standard for workplace wellbeing and fostering healthier, more supportive work environments for all.

As the first initiative of its kind at the state level, the programme is designed to help companies enhance their existing strategies while also providing guidance for workplaces just beginning their journey toward employee wellbeing.

Since its launch in September 2024, we received an incredible response, with numerous applications submitted following the publication of our criteria on the website. In mid-February, we held our first training session with participants, marking the beginning of a structured support system. This was followed by scheduled sessions in March and April, delivered in a step-by-step format. These monthly sessions will continue, providing workplaces with the guidance they need to successfully implement the framework.
